YouTubeToMP respects copyright, intellectual property rights, and the rights of content creators.

YouTubeToMP provides an online browser-based media conversion service. The service does not host, claim ownership of, or provide ownership rights to third-party content that users may process through the service.

3. YouTube and Other Platforms

YouTubeToMP is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with YouTube or Google.

YouTube is a separate platform with its own terms, policies, and content-usage rules.

Users should review the applicable terms of the source platform before using converted or downloaded content.

YouTube's own help documentation explains that users can download videos they have uploaded, while downloading other users' videos through YouTube's official functionality is restricted.

4. Copyright-Protected Material

Copyright protection can apply to videos, music, recordings, photographs, artwork, and other original creative works.

The fact that content can be accessed online does not by itself establish that a user has permission to reproduce or redistribute it.

8. No Ownership Transfer

Using YouTubeToMP does not transfer ownership of any third-party content to the user.

Users remain responsible for determining what rights they have to use, store, modify, publish, distribute, or otherwise use any converted material.
